We are delighted to share a remarkable achievement from the leadership of The Elect School. Our proprietress, Mrs. Bolanle Akin-Taiwo recently completed the Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) training in Arlington, Dallas, Texas, under the guidance of instructor Julie Weiss. This world-class training focuses on improving school culture, enhancing pupil behavior, and boosting academic performance by strengthening relationships between educators and learners. Over a period of 14 intensive hours, Mrs. Akin-Taiwo gained practical strategies for creating a positive and supportive learning environment. She learned effective ways to build strong connections with pupils, establish classroom agreements through social contracts, and reinforce positive behavior in meaningful ways.
We are excited about the knowledge she is bringing back to our school community. Her commitment to growth and excellence continues to inspire both staff and pupils. This new training will greatly enrich our learning environment and strengthen our mission at The Elect School, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
